A used computer, checked over video by an expert.
Laptop, desktop or graphics card: a computing expert has you open the right screens and run the right tests, then records the machine’s real condition in a sealed report.
(a) — What the expert checks
The checklist points.
Each point is recorded as compliant, with reservation or not checked. A point that cannot be observed is never presumed compliant. The Basic format covers the essential points; Expert and Premium, the full checklist.

(b) — What we often find
The defects that matter to a buyer.
- Worn battery: high cycle count, reduced maximum capacity.
- Dead pixels, OLED burn-in, backlight bleed at the edges.
- Activation lock or firmware password still active.
- Faulty ports, dead keys, raised trackpad.
- Loud fans, heat at idle, marked screws (device opened).
(c) — Preparing the session
What to have at hand.
- The device charged, with its charger, and access to system information.
- A USB device to test the ports.
- For a sale: the previous owner’s account signed out.
- The invoice and any repair records.
(d) — What the report does not say
Written limits, not promises.
- Internal components are not taken apart or measured.
- Tests last as long as the session: an intermittent fault may not show up.
- Drive contents are never viewed.

Computers
Does the report check that the computer is no longer tied to an account?+
Yes, if the sign-in screen or settings can be shown. An active lock is recorded: it is a blocking issue for a buyer.
Is the battery condition given?+
Yes: cycle count and maximum capacity, read from system information during the session.
Does the expert access my files?+
No. They only ask you to show the screens needed for the report (settings, system information, tests).
