You describe the item, its serial number and its history. Dorynn confirms the checklist that will be applied and the session slot.

Guided session
An expert calls you back on video. They ask you for precise gestures: open, light, tilt, power on. Every point on the checklist is recorded during the call.

Sealed report
The report is timestamped, sealed with a digital fingerprint, then made available to you. You attach it to your listing or send it to your buyer.

(b) — The three states
One point, one state. Nothing in between.
Every line of the report receives one of these three states. This is what makes the document readable by a buyer who is not an expert.
The point was observed and matches what is expected for the item and its age.
The point shows a discrepancy, a flaw or a doubt. The observation is described plainly, with no value judgement.
The point could not be observed under the session's conditions. It is declared as such, never assumed.
(c) — The scope
What a report does not do.
Stating clearly what the document does not contain is what makes what it does contain credible.
- No overall grade, no score, no average.
- No price estimate or negotiation advice.
- No disassembly: only safe gestures are requested.
- No warranty on the item: the report describes a condition at a given date.
- No certainty about the item’s condition: the seal protects the document against any change, not the item itself.
