Dorynn connects a seller or a buyer with an accredited expert, who examines an item over video call in the Dorynn app and issues a timestamped, sealed condition report.

Experts are independent professionals, accredited by Dorynn in an item category after a technical assessment and a supervised session. They are not Dorynn employees.

The report is a record of observations made remotely. It is neither a court-ordered expert appraisal, nor a valuation, nor an authentication, nor a warranty on the item.

The Dorynn name and logo, inspection protocols, report templates, technical assessment questions, texts, visuals and code of the site and app are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without the publisher’s prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The client may freely share the report that concerns them, through the share link or in full, without modifying it.

The publisher takes care to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site and in the app, without being able to guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors.

Access to the service may be suspended for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. The publisher cannot be held liable for an interruption caused by a third party, the user’s connection or force majeure.

Links to external sites are provided for information; the publisher has no control over their content.

Before taking any action, send your complaint in writing to contact@dorynn.com: you will receive a reply within thirty days.

If you are a consumer and the dispute is not resolved, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator, under the conditions set out in articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction; consumers may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
