Expert agreement.

This agreement binds Edouard Larroche, sole trader operating under the name Dorynn (50 rue Galliéni, 92240 Malakoff, France — SIREN 100 063 445), and the accredited expert who accepts it from their expert workspace.

It sets the conditions under which the expert produces remote condition reports for Dorynn clients in their accreditation category.

The expert acts as an independent professional, registered and compliant with their social and tax obligations. There is no relationship of subordination with Dorynn.

They organise their activity freely: they remain free to accept or decline any file offered, without justification, and to work for other clients.

Accreditation is granted per item category, after an online technical assessment and a session supervised by a lead expert. The expert’s name and category are set by the accreditation.

The expert receives files once this agreement is accepted and their public profile validated by Dorynn.

Accreditation may be suspended or withdrawn if the method is no longer followed, if upheld disputes recur, or in the event of serious misconduct (fraud, concealed conflict of interest, breach of confidentiality).

Dorynn offers files to the experts accredited in the category. The expert accepts or declines each file from their expert workspace, then sets the session slot.

If they can no longer handle an accepted file, they decline it as soon as they know, so that another slot or another expert can be offered to the client.

The expert runs the session in the Dorynn app and applies their category’s protocol, without removing any point. They ask the client for no handling that is risky for the item or for them.

A point that cannot be observed is recorded as not checked, with its reason. No compliance may be presumed. A reservation describes the observed defect precisely: nature, location, extent.

The expert gives no valuation, does not certify the item’s authenticity and takes no part in negotiation between the parties.

The preparatory file based on the client’s photos is an aid: the report rests solely on what the expert observes during the session.

The expert writes and seals the report within 24 hours after the session. Once sealed, the report can no longer be modified.

In the event of a dispute, the expert gives Dorynn any useful explanation. Dorynn decides and records its decision alongside the report.

A fixed amount is due to the expert for each sealed report. It is shown before the file is accepted. No fee is due for a file cancelled before the session or declined.

Payment is made every two weeks, by bank transfer to the payout details recorded in the expert workspace, upon the expert’s invoice.

Any change to the payout details requires the account password and triggers a confirmation email to the expert.

The expert’s profile is published in the Dorynn directory. The expert proposes changes to it; they are only published after validation by Dorynn, which may reject a proposal with a stated reason.

The expert guarantees the accuracy of their profile information and holds the rights to the photo they provide.

The expert discloses neither the client’s identity, nor the content of the session, nor details of the item examined.

They process client data solely to produce the report, keep no copy (captures, notes, photos) outside the app, and report any loss or disclosure to Dorynn without delay.

Confidentiality obligations continue after the collaboration ends.

The expert may not report on an item of which they are the seller, buyer or agent, or in which they have a direct or indirect interest.

Any ambiguous situation is reported before the session; the file is then entrusted to another expert.

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite term. Either party may end it at any time, provided that files already accepted are completed.

The expert may request deletion of their account from their Settings. Their name and the reports they sealed are kept, as they serve as evidence.

Dorynn may amend this agreement. The new version is presented to the expert in their workspace; they must accept it to keep receiving files.

This agreement is governed by French law. The parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute is brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Versailles Court of Appeal.
