The price is shown before you order: It depends on the format chosen and the declared value of the item. It is shown before you send the order and does not change afterwards.
The price never depends on the outcome: A report with reservations costs exactly the same as a fully compliant report.
Seller or buyer: The seller pays to strengthen their listing. The buyer pays to have an item checked when it is too far to visit.
Session not held: If the expert cannot hold the session, it is rescheduled or fully refunded.
