Expert contract
The terms of the collaboration between Dorynn and the experts who carry out the reports.
Independent status
The expert works as an independent contractor (sole trader or equivalent), never as an employee. They issue their own invoices and declare their own income. No relationship of subordination: Dorynn provides an inspection protocol to follow, not hierarchical instructions.
Non-exclusive
The expert remains free to work for others, including competing activities. Nothing in this relationship requires exclusivity.
No imposed schedule
The expert chooses which sessions to accept and has no minimum volume or time slot to cover. They can mark themselves unavailable at any time.
Compensation
The expert receives a percentage of the fee for the session they carry out, paid after the report is sealed. This percentage never depends on the price of the inspected item or on what the report finds (a report full of flags is paid the same as a clean one).
Quality and validation
A new expert goes through a validation phase: their application is reviewed, then a first session serves as a trial. Reports are subject to random reviews. An expert whose quality declines may lose their active status or certain categories.
Data and confidentiality
The expert accesses only the data strictly necessary for the sessions assigned to them (seller contact details, media, listing). They must not use it for any other purpose or keep it outside the platform. Recordings and media are hosted by Dorynn within the European Union.
Ending the collaboration
Either party may end the relationship at any time, with no notice period or compensation, subject to completing sessions already scheduled. Reports already sealed remain the property of Dorynn and their commissioners.
