One price per report, whether the seller or the buyer orders it. The price follows the item's value, never the outcome of the report.
The seller orders
To strengthen a listing before even having a buyer, with a sealed report to attach as soon as it's published.
The buyer orders
On a listing you're interested in but can't check yourself, typically when the seller is too far away to visit. We contact the seller to arrange the session.

What's included
- Qualifying the file before the session
- 45 minutes of video session with an expert
- The full protocol for your item's category
- The sealed report, with timestamped photos of any flags
- A public page viewable without an account, to attach to the listing
What's not included
The report includes no warranty, no insurance, no price estimate. It records a condition on a given date, nothing more. Points that can't be checked remotely are declared not checked, never guessed.
The price never depends on what the report finds: an item covered in flags costs the same as one that's fully passing. We never take a commission on the sale price.
