Dorynn

Terms of sale

Applicable to any report order placed on dorynn.com, by the seller or the buyer of an item.

Purpose

Dorynn sells a remote condition-report service: an expert examines an item over video and produces a report following a protocol documented per category. The full process is described on how it works. The scope and limits of the report are set out in the legal notice.

Price and payment

The price depends on the item's declared value, never on the outcome of the report. The price tiers are detailed on the pricing page. Displayed prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made in full, by card via Stripe, at the time of order. The order is only registered once payment is confirmed.

Order process

The order proceeds in four steps: qualifying the item, payment, proposing one or more time slots, then an expert confirming the slot by email.

Service delivery

The report is carried out over video, in a session of about 45 minutes, at the confirmed slot. The sealed report and its public viewing page are made available at the end of the session.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer client has a 14-day period from the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. If the client expressly requests that the session take place before this period expires, they acknowledge that once the sealed report is delivered, the service is fully performed and their right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised, in accordance with article L221-28 13° of the same code.

[Clause to be validated by a lawyer before going live: assumes the explicit request and waiver are collected explicitly at order time, which is not yet the case in the current flow.]

Cancellation and rescheduling

As long as the session hasn't taken place, a rescheduling or cancellation can be requested via contact. Once the session is carried out and the report sealed, the service is considered performed: the report is neither cancelled nor refunded, and can only be corrected by a new report linked to the previous one.

Liability

The report is only valid for points expressly declared passing, flagged, or not checked, under the conditions set out in the legal notice. Dorynn is not a party to the sale of the item, takes no commission, and makes no commitment as to the outcome of a transaction between the owner and a third party.

Intellectual property

The registration mark, the "Dorynn" marks, and the inspection protocol remain the property of the publisher, under the conditions set out in the legal notice.

Complaints, mediation, and applicable law

Any complaint can be sent via the contact form. Failing an amicable resolution, the consumer client may refer the matter free of charge to the competent consumer mediator.

[Consumer mediator contact details: to be completed before going live, once enrollment in a mediation scheme is effective.]

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent French courts have sole jurisdiction.

Publisher

The publisher's identity is set out in the legal notice.
